borrow money without a credit check
Borrowing money without BKR
Borrowing without a BKR check is practically impossible in the Netherlands. Credit providers are legally obliged to consult the BKR. Here you can read what is possible.

Can I borrow without a BKR check?
The short answer: practically not in the Netherlands. Credit providers are legally required to consult the Credit Registration Bureau for loans exceeding a certain amount and term. (check limit: from €250 and longer than one month)
This obligation exists to prevent over-lending. Providers advertising 'borrowing without a BKR check' therefore usually offer something else: a very small amount with a short term, or it concerns a foreign party without a Dutch license. The latter is risky: officially, such a party is not allowed to offer credit to consumers here.
